Clare qualified from the University of Bristol in 2002. She joined PetCarewhilst studying for her postgraduate certificate in Companion animal behaviour counselling.

Kelly worked at an orthopaedic referral clinic before completing a degree in veterinary nursing at the Royal Veterinary College. She qualified in 2009 and joined Petcare shortly after.

Justine qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2010 at Canterbury college in Kent. Her special interests are ward nursing and consulting.
